Snap the wings around your underwear.(Wicking Organic Cotton closest to your skin)
When done using, fold the pad up and secure using those same snaps.
To clean, just rinse, machine wash, without fabric softener, and lay flat to dry.
When you are done, just rinse, wash and repeat.

How do they stay in place?
Our Leakproof pads come with a couple snaps so you have adjustability depending on the size and fit of the undie. The snaps are plastic, so they won't rust, wash after wash.
How long should I expect them to last?
Assuming proper care during washing, our Pads are rated to last as many as 200 washes!
Does it matter how I wash them?
Yes, it certainly does. The waterproof protection does not do well with fabric softener (something we recommend you avoid anyways! It is not good for your skin or the natural fibers of most garments.) or heat dryers. While you can tumble dry with no heat, we recommend that you just lay flat to dry.
How do I keep them smelling fresh?
Once every few washes, we recommend giving your pads a soak in a 5:1 water and white vinegar bath.
