What does "seamfree" mean?

The design of our undies are "one piece", meaning that the body of the undie is woven in one continuous loop. This allows the undie to not have any stitching/seams on the sides, where other designs often dig into the skin and cause irritation.

Do CaroQuilla Seamfree undies have a Sewn In Gusset?

Because they are seamfree, they are all one piece. No panels or pieces added. Just soft, breathable, beautiful bamboo against your skin.

What is the best way to care for bamboo fabric?

Machine wash in warm water with similar colors.

Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed. Do not dry clean.

Lay flat or hang to dry—we recommend avoiding the dryer to maintain softness and longevity.

Once your order is picked and packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link that will allow you to see the delivery status at any time.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse team in Edmonton, Canada.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact customer service at info@caroquilla.com if you’d like to change the shipping information or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

We are unable to make changes to the products in your order. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received yet?

Please reach out to our customer service team (info@caroquilla.com), and we will help you file a missing package report with the responsible carrier. Carriers typically notify us of the outcome of the case in 15 business days. We will let you know the outcome of the case. In cases of misdelivery, we will offer a replacement or refund. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements in cases of theft.

Returns questions

Is my purchase eligible for a return?

We will happily accept returns of unworn, unopened, non-sale item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or full refund. Due to health and hygiene regulations, CaroQuilla cannot accept the return of worn underwear.

To ensure you receive a full refund, please follow our guidelines:

  • All tags must be attached. Items must be in re-sellable condition.
  • Ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of wear.
  • Items are free of deodorant stains, perfume, smoke, and makeup. Deodorant stains are a common cause for denied refunds. To keep your items clean, please take care not to get deodorant on them.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our health and hygiene standards. 
If I need to make a return, how do I start?

To start the process of a return, please email us at returns@caroquilla.com and be sure to include the following:

  • The order number, found in your confirmation email. (check your spam folder in you cant find it)
  • The email address you used to place the order.
  • Item(s) requesting to be returned.
  • Reason for return

Note: unfortunately, without an order number, we cannot process a return.

What should I expect when starting a return?

Please understand, we are a small business with limited inventory, so we have implemented a policy where we offer a refund or store credit. The return shipping label fee is part of the return process, and it falls within the customer’s responsibility to cover this expense.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If your return is denied, our team will be in touch with you via email.

The refund you will receive is calculated as the total value of the returned items minus the shipping cost/fee. If a discount was applied to the original order, your refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount, minus the return label shipping fee.

How do I make an exchange?

We are not able to process exchanges. The best way to do an exchange is to send your original item back to us for a refund and place a new order.

Are there any exceptions I should know about?

All mark-down items are Final Sale. including but not limited to Black friday, cyber monday, labour day sales. Clearance section and will not be deemed returnable.

I need to try on my purchase to know it fits, right?

Yes, we understand that confidence in fit is crucial to your satisfaction. But we must insist that, for reasons of hygiene, we recommend that you wear a garment underneath anything your are potentially returning.

Worn items cannot be accepted.  Any signs of wear (e.g. markings like deodorant) will prevent us from being able to offer a refund.

Also, if you wish to return any of these piece(s) for refund within 30 days of delivery, please return to the original packaging and condition you received. Gracias.
